Make your lamp design and shoot it in 3D! Then we will put the electric circuit and you can take it home!

Workshop of 2 sessions:

On March 13 and 14 we will design the lamp with the Tinkercad program.

And on March 27 and 28, we will finish the lamp by putting the electric circuit.

In this workshop you will learn how to use the Tinkercad design program and create the electric circuit to turn on your light.

Be creative by combining Art and Science and take your lamp home.

STEAM whose acronyms come from Science, technology, engineering, Art and Mathematics, help to develop the skills of children providing them with useful tools for day to day.

Learning to be self-sufficient is what the movement that emerged in the US between the ’60s and’ 70s, DIYDo It Yourself– teaches. He advocates “doing things yourself,” just like the Crafters or more recently the Makers did.

The same line follows the Tinkering movement that means Thinking with your hands and that seeks to discover and build things through trial and error. Giving maximum autonomy and confidence to children to learn to make mistakes and to get frustrated is a good way to prepare them for the future. We often forget that we learn more from error than from success.
